Covenant University’s Center for Systems and Information Services (CSIS) offers support and maintenance of physical computing equipment to the university and members of its community. This includes and not limited to desktop computers, laptops, servers, networking devices, storage devices, and other peripherals. The primary objective of hardware services unit is to ensure that all hardware components are functioning correctly and reliably. These operations involve the following

- Setting up new hardware components and integrating them into existing systems
- Maintenance
- Regular inspection, cleaning, and upkeep of hardware to prevent issues and extend its lifespan.
- Repairs
- Identifying and fixing hardware failures and malfunctions.
- Upgrades
- Upgrading hardware components to improve performance and capabilities.
- Replacement
- Swapping out faulty or outdated hardware with new or better alternatives
- Technical Support
- Providing assistance to users facing hardware-related issues.
- Monitoring
- Implementing tools to keep an eye on hardware performance and identify potential problems proactively.
