What is CSIS Support?

CSIS Support is a help desk and support ticket system. With CSIS Support, students can now have their complaints attended to without the need for physical appearance. Complaints involving the following can be resolved easily
  • E-mail
  • Turnitin
  • Internet Login
  • Citizenship Developer
  • Microsoft 365
  • Moodle
  • Grammarly
  • Portal Login

Quick Steps To Lodge Your Complaints

  1. Log on to https://itsupport.cu.edu.ng/ or click the Get support button on the CSIS website homepage.
  2. Log in with your Single Sign-on Credentials (SSO).
  3. Open a new ticket.
  4. Select the help topic that best captions your complaint.
  5. Fill in the required information.
  6. Submit your ticket.

An acknowledgement copy of the ticket just created and the CSIS Support agent’s response will all be sent to your designated E-mail.
